1. Services Offered

3ScoopServices LLC provides professional lawn care and snow removal services in Northern Minnesota, including but not limited to:

• Leaf Removal

• Yard Cleanup

• Pet Waste Removal

• Snow Blowing

• Path Salting

• & Mosquito/Black Fly/Tick Control services

We offer both one-time and recurring service plans.

2. Service Area

We currently operate out of Hoyt Lakes, MN, and serve surrounding Northern Minnesota communities.

3. Scheduling & Rescheduling

Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather, equipment failure, the presence of aggressive pets, or other access-related issues.

4. Access Requirements

To complete services, customers must ensure that:

• Gates are unlocked or access keys are provided.

• Pets & children are secured away from work areas.
  
  
  

5. Payment Terms

We accept upfront payments, down-payments, invoices, & recurring billing through Jobber and JobberPayments. Payment terms may vary depending on the selected service plan and will be outlined in your customer agreement.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your services at any time. Text STOP or CANCEL to 218-248-2913 or email [email protected] to request a cancellation of service. If a refund is requested for any prepaid services, it will be granted. If no refund is requested, services will continue through the end of the paid term.

7. Satisfaction & Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you're dissatisfied, please contact us promptly so we can make it right.

8. Liability

3ScoopServices LLC maintains active general liability insurance to help protect our company and our clients in the event of accidental property damage or injury that may occur during our services. While this insurance offers broad protection, it does not cover every possible incident or circumstance. Specific coverage details and a certificate of insurance (COI) are available upon request.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling and/or paying for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service & our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to be bound by our Privacy Policy you agree to receive SMS messages from 3ScoopServices LLC regarding service updates, scheduling, and promotions. Message frequency varies.
