No worries. Rain doesn’t cancel the effect.
Once the treatment dries (usually 30–60 minutes), it bonds to foliage & holds up through normal rainfall. We also monitor the weather and reschedule if conditions aren’t right during your appointment window. However, excessive prolonged weather conditions affect all types of treatment no matter what any other company has told you.
Yes, once dry, the yard is safe to use.
We recommend keeping kids & pets indoors during application & for about 30–60 minutes afterward to let the treatment dry. After that, it’s business as usual.

If you experience major mosquito activity within a few weeks, let us know. We’ll assess the cause and take care of you. Our assessment is based on a scientific test, which we will come back out to perform. The test costs $90 to administer. If the test fails, we will re-service your property free of charge. However, RUPs (restricted use pesticides) must be applied strictly per the labels. Re-treatment will be subject to a safe interval specified by the labels.
Nope. We spray targeted areas and avoid flowering plants.
Our technicians are trained to avoid areas that attract bees and other pollinators. We only spray non-blooming foliage and focus on shaded, damp zones where mosquitoes actually live. However, the products we use are harmful to most bugs including most pollinators.
Nope. We stay outside.
We don't do fumigations but the products we apply around houses are effective at keeping some types of bugs (like Asian Lady Beetles, ants, or termites) outside before they ever become a problem. We include these for free since no likes waking up to a ceiling of creepy-crawlers.
Yes. Our formula is effective against most common bugs.
We only treat for mosquitoes, black flies, & ticks. However, the products we apply are rated for mosquitoes, ticks, flies, beetles, & many other common pests though we primarily target mosquito habitats.
